Scheduling Appointments

To schedule an appointment, go to the Simple Practice Portal in the menu at the top of the page or email the therapist.

Availability varies by appointment Tuesday through Friday mornings and early afternoons. Marissa is typically available for sessions between the hours of 11am-4pm.

Insurance

In-network with plans from the following insurance companies:
Aetna
Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield/Carelon
Cigna/Evernorth
Optum/United Healthcare


If you have to meet a deductible before coverage begins, you are responsible for paying the therapist the allowable contracted insurance rate for each service billed until the deductible is met.

For out-of-network (OON) services, a superbill will be provided upon request to submit claims to insurance for potential reimbursement.

Private/Self-pay Fees

For private/self-pay services, you waive the option to request reimbursement from insurance. Reduced rates are available upon request for private/self-pay services for a limited number of sessions.

Begin your journey with a brief 15-minute consultation to discuss your goals and explore how we can best support your needs. This low-pressure conversation ensures a comfortable fit and clear alignment before you commit to your first full session.

Intake Session

$150

Intake sessions require extra time and administrative tasks. We will spend about an hour or more reviewing intake forms, your biopsychosocial history, completing assessments, and creating treatment plan goals and objectives.

These sessions are your dedicated time for consistent growth, healing, and creative exploration. Whether we are talking through the week’s challenges or using art to express what words can’t, each session is tailored to your needs.
